Guides, itineraries and assistant answers are editorial information. Visa, permit, safety and price details change; always confirm with official sources and the travel provider before relying on them.

Partners and fees

Tours are offered by independent travel partners. Recent Visits is not the provider and is not a party to any booking you make with them. Partners pay a flat fee to be listed and to receive quote requests. Only tours and agencies that fit your trip are shown; partners who pay for “Featured” placement are shown first among them and always labelled. See How Recent Visits makes money.

Itineraries and partner tours

Our suggested itineraries are written by Recent Visits. Partner agencies may copy and adapt them into their own tours on Recent Visits; such a tour shows a credit to the original itinerary while it still follows it, and the credit may not be removed. Agencies may also reuse adapted itineraries on their own websites with a visible credit and link to the original on Recent Visits. An adapted tour, its price and what it includes are the agency’s responsibility, not ours.

Your account and content

Keep your login private and use the assistant and forms lawfully. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Recent Visits is not liable for losses arising from travel decisions made on the basis of information on this site.
