Overview
A day’s drive north of Kathmandu, the Langtang Valley climbs from forest to glacier beneath Langtang Lirung. Rebuilt after the 2015 earthquake, its Tamang villages and the yak pastures of Kyanjin Gompa make a rewarding week-long trek without a flight.
