⚠️ Recent Visits is in beta. All listings and data shown are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent real or verified information. Tour listings are based on content from partner agencies’ websites and have not yet been confirmed by the agencies.
Every screen, tab, field and button of the Website widget page in the agency portal: websites and keys, settings, draft and publish, live preview, and what owners and managers can see.
The Widget Studio is the Website widget page of the agency portal. It is where you register the website that shows your widget, copy the script tag, and set the look and behaviour of the chat without writing code. A live preview of the real widget sits next to the settings.
The full Studio: all tabs, Save draft, Publish, the live preview, and on the Install tab register or change a domain, switch an environment on or off, and revoke its key.
Manager
A notice "Only agency owners can change the widget settings." and a read-only Your websites card for each environment: its status, registered domain, snippet, address and public key. No preview, no settings.
If an environment is not set up, a manager sees "Only agency owners can set this up." Server actions re-check that the person is an owner of the agency, so the restriction does not depend on what the page shows.
On a wide screen the settings are on the left and the Live preview on the right (it stays in view while you scroll). On a narrow screen the preview goes below the settings.
The settings have eight tabs: Overview, Branding, Colors, Launcher, Messages, Behavior, Features and Install. On a phone the tab row scrolls sideways.
A tab that contains a field with a problem shows a small number badge ("to fix" for screen readers).
A bar at the bottom of every tab except Install holds Save draft, Publish, Discard edits, Discard draft (only when a draft exists) and Reset look to defaults, with a status line.
The widget studio. 1 Sections. 2 Save draft shows it on your test website. 3 Publish makes it live. 4 The live preview.

Colours you pick are kept readable automatically; a warning tells you when visitors will see a different shade. Blank uses the default. Details are in Themes and agency branding.

The preview runs the real widget with a stand-in connection, in a frame on the same address. Replies and the tour are placeholders ("This is a preview..."), "Talk to the agency" is unavailable, and nothing is sent or saved. It updates as you type.
Colours for dark mode only (themeDark), the font, the offset from the screen edge, avatar images, contextual invitations and the page context cannot be set in the Studio. Pass them in your page; see Configuration reference. Server-delivered settings can style the widget only: they never switch features, page context or location-based invitations on.
